Its publication beginning an astounding 89 years ago, the MUSLIM SUNRISE carries the distinction of being the longest running Muslim publication in America. Dr. Mufti Muhammad Sadiq , an eminent scholar and first missionary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Communityto arrive in America, founded the magazine (then named “Moslem Sunrise”) in 1921.
The MUSLIM SUNRISE seeks to open discussions on Islam and topics relating to religion in general. It highlights the role of Islam in an ever changing global society. It provides a platform for public opinion on contemporary issues and presenting their solutions from an Islamic perspective. The MUSLIM SUNRISE currently publishes four quarterly issues a year.
